Returns

If you change your mind after making a purchase, you can take advantage of our 14-day cooling off period. Products must be unopened and returned in their original condition. 

The Athena Soft Shaver is classified as a hygiene compliant product according to the Dutch Consumer Protection Act (2019): "Products that ... and swimwear" (Consumer Protection Association, 2019, distance selling). The seal must remain intact after delivery, otherwise the return period will expire. Therefore, the product packaging must not be opened. However, the black plastic transport packaging may be opened to view and inspect the product.

Please note, we only accept returned items that:

- Have not been removed from their packaging and are returned in their original condition.

- Returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Returned in their original packaging (including labels and tags).

If the returned item does not meet any of the above requirements, Athena Soft Shaver may hold the order and/or not return the item to the customer.

Once we receive and accept the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used to place the order within 14 days.

The shipper is always responsible for shipping. Therefore, it is advisable to provide the package with a tracking and tracing code.
